Oracle HCM Project 

As part of several efforts in progress across the University to modernize technology and build a data-focused community, Seton Hill has chosen a new Software as a Service (SaaS) human resources product, Human Capital Management (HCM).   

This implementation is aligned with the HESS Collective program and will incorporate integrations developed through Oracle, Drivestream and other HESS Collective schools.  These integrations will link primary systems and provide data to support decision making.

Oracle’s HCM will become the primary system interface for the Human Resources office and services. The new system features self service for employees and will replace Paycom and our Adjunct Faculty contracting portal.
