The success of the SHIFT implementation requires joint effort and regular communication and collaboration between the Seton Hill and Drivestream teams.
Executive Sponsors
Each of the projects, ERP/EPM, HCM and SFA have executive sponsors. The Executive Sponsor provides overall executive oversight to the project teams. They are participate in regularly scheduled Steering Committee meetings and are available to the Seton Hill and Drivestream teams as needed to resolve competing priorities and competing interim conflicts. Project Management Team
The Project Management team is a collaboration between Seton Hill and Drivestream to set project plans, schedules and task assignments. The Seton Hill Project Manager represents the Seton Hill team in all aspects of the engagement. This role is responsible for managing Seton Hill resources and ensuring Seton Hill team’s tasks are completed on schedule.

Business Owners Group
Each of the projects have a Business Owners group who consist of the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the business area. These SMEs provide institutional business process requirements to Drivestream and make decisions about the application configuration in consultation with the Drivestream Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Seton Hill SMEs understand the business processes, procedures, policies and data for their areas and are integral to the implementation projects. The business SMEs will participate in App reviews, Payroll Parallel testing, and User Acceptance testing, providing sign-off on test results. Each project also has several Technical SMEs who are assisting with integrations, single sign on and data conversion.
